Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with our classes. However if after the first week of classes you are not completely satisfied or do not wish to continue to attend classes, we will accept your request for a refund of the tuition you have paid for that semester. Your request for a refund must be sent to us by email to info@clandl.org to be received by us no later than the Monday of the second week of classes. We cannot honor requests for refunds after that date.

Once your request for a refund is received, we will process your credit and email you once your request is processed. If you have paid your tuition with a credit card, depending on your bank’s processing time, your credit may take a few days to be reflected on your account. If you have paid your tuition by check, we will mail a check to you within 2 to 3 days after we receive your request. Please keep in mind that the mail may take several days to get to you.
